Have You Visited HassyNYC?

10/11/2009 Join the challenge, tweet your thoughts.

Inspired by the possibilities of the new H4D system, Hasselblad challenged three New York City photographers to make the most of their H3D cameras. Photographers Robert Manella, Victoria Will, and David Field accepted the challenge. For the next three months, they will upload their photos and tweet their experiences at HassyNYC.

Their three challenges:
1. Pick up the camera with an 80mm lens, turn it on, press the release button.
2. Pick out a series of 25 shots. Open your shots in iPhoto, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, and Phocus.
3. Shoot landscapes of Central Park using 35-90mm zoom lens.

Through February 2010, David, Victoria, and Robert will vie for the chance to win the H4D camera system, shooting with their Hasselblad H3Ds and their own 35mm cameras. Leave comments on their photos through Twitter and Flickr and take a shot at the challenges yourself. Your photos will be showcased on hassyNYC, on the Hasselblad Flickr account, and at the Award Event in February 2010, in NYC. Simply read the directions, as you choose each Challenge from the homepage.

If you are from New York and haven't already done so, join HassyNYC and enter the drawing for a new H4D camera system. The winner will be announced in February 2010 and contacted by email.
