Splashup is an online image editor. It is very Photoshop like with its drop-down, menus, floating tools palettes, and layer mode. Impressive for an only editor is that you can select part of an image and apply an effect to it alone. Unfortunately for the moment there is no help function and the selection of filters is small. For now it only connect to sites Facebook, Flickr, and Picasa.
