Hasselblad has just released firmware version R339, giving the H3DII-50 a generous performance boost.
The new firmware upgrades the camera locally with a set of impressive features and enhancements. Version R339 offers:
- Significantly improved tethered capture speed (Up to 75% on fast computers!)
- Extra step of sensitivity, now ISO 800
- Support for ImageBank-II, Hasselblad’s 100GB portable hard drive
- Support for the new H3DII-50 multi-shot camera
- Shorter start-up time
- Greater power handling
- Enhanced preview quality
To obtain the new firmware:
- Download the firmware here
- Update your camera using Phocus’s File/Update Firmware command.
Manual firmware updating is available in Phocus, from Mac version 1.1 and Windows 1.0.2 or later.
